Register Yourself or Your Family

“Welcome to St. Peter’s, a parish home to grow in holiness.” We invite you to read our welcome document:

We highly recommend that all our parishioners print and fill out the following registration form if they haven’t already, and either bring it to the parish office when it’s open, or fold it up and drop it into the collection baskets during one of the weekend Masses. Please ensure that your writing is easy to read and the information is accurate. We do not share anyone’s personal information with anyone outside the Church.

Note, if you indicate that you would like donation envelopes (please do consider supporting the church; it costs us money to run for you), we will prepare a small box of donation envelopes with your name on it, and put it on a table in the back of the church. Please check for it next time you come to Saturday or Sunday Mass, and contact the parish office if it doesn’t show up.

Please do not use donation envelopes from previous years. Your donations are tracked on our computer for you for tax receipt purposes by means of the unique number on your envelopes. These numbers change at the start of each calendar year. At the end of the calendar year, if you have any left-over donation envelopes for St. Peter’s, please dispose of them immediately. The parish office will be happy to give you a new set.

Please let us know your new address if you move, so we can make sure to send your donations tax receipt to your new address. Thank you.

Baptism of Infants and Children Under Seven Years Old

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28:20).

For children aged 7-13, please see the RCIC section below. For those 14 years old or over, please see the RCIA section below.

Baptisms at St. Peter’s are normally done after the 10:00 a.m. Sunday Mass. There is a mandatory baptism class/rehearsal for parents and godparents, normally the Friday before at 7:00 (please ring at the rectory entrance).

Please carefully read and fill out the following baptism registration form, and either bring it to the parish office or put it in the collection basket during Saturday or Sunday Mass. Please contact the parish office to discuss the  baptism date.
