About Us

We, the parishioners of St. Peter Parish, formed by the Word of God, and nourished by the Eucharist, are called to “be Christ” to all people, while creating “a parish home to grow in holiness.”

St. Peter’s values the importance of love for family, finding oneself in God and community, tranquility, attentive listening, understanding, caring, compassion and healing of body and soul.

St. Peter’s Parish is located at 100 Argyle St. in the Coronation Park neighbourhood in the north end of Regina, Saskatchewan. It is just north of St. Peter’s School and O’Neill High School, and a few blocks south of the Ring Road.

It was formed by the Archdiocese of Regina in 1961; the church was built in 1964. We have been blessed with many holy priests: Fr. A. Vandendriessch, Fr. J. Weckend, Fr. K. Heilberg, Fr. T. Omen-Madwa, Fr. E. Schaffer, Fr. K. Koep, Fr. P. Dungan, Fr. P. Pham, Fr. J. Owolagba, Fr. J.B. Okai, and as of August 1, 2017, Fr. Ferdinand Eusebio. May God bless them richly for their great self-sacrifice and spiritual care.

We welcome people of all ages and cultures. We are very children-friendly, and offer children’s liturgy at Sunday Mass and (when possible) at Saturday Mass. We are proud to have children, youth and adult choirs. We are pleased to serve nearby schools, St. Luke’s, St. Peter’s, St. Timothy’s and Archbishop O’Neill.

The spiritual and social life of the parish is enriched by the Knights of Columbus, the Catholic Women’s League, El Shaddai, Ladies’ and Men’s Auxiliary, our Senior’s Centre and Regnum Christi. For more information, please see the “Serving Together” menu.
