Building & Grounds: Sub-Committee of Finance
This committee is also under the authority and responsibility of the Finance Council because of its material aspect. It oversees:
1. The maintenance and operation of the parish physical plant.
2. Any construction, renovation or addition to the parish physical plant.
3. Maintenance of insurance coverage.
4. Keeps a current inventory of parish fixed and moveable property and equipment.
5. Oversees repairs to the Parish physical plant etc

Hall & Catering: Sub-committee of Finance
1. Promotes and manages the facilities of the parish for the use of parishioners and others according to the guidelines approved by the Pastoral & Finance Councils and Parish Constitution & By-Laws
2. Administers the catering accounts and makes regular reports to the Parish Finance Council.
